Surfaces should be clean, sound and free from grease, oil and loose materials. Porous surfaces should be dampened to saturated surface dry condition
Use equal volumes of Builda Latex and clean water as gauging liquid. Brush adhesive slurry into the pre-dampened substrate
Stir well before use and use according to recommended dilution and mortar thickness
Apply mortar to the wet slurry and finish using good plastering or screeding practice
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use before material sets
