Trowel grade overhead concrete repair mortar
Two-component polymer cementitious repair mortar for rapid overhead, vertical and masonry repairs.
Concrete must be clean and rough. Remove oil, dirt, debris, paint and unsound concrete. Mechanically prepare to minimum 3 mm surface profile
Exposed rebar should be cleaned of rust and treated with anti-corrosion coating such as Zinc Rich Primer
Small quantities may be mixed with a drill and jiffy mixer; use paddle type mortar mixer for larger jobs. Do not mix more than can be placed within working time
Apply to prepared repair areas by trowel, consolidating firmly into the substrate
Protect repaired areas and follow the curing recommendations in the technical data sheet
