Solvent-free epoxy floor topping system for hard-wearing, seamless, chemical resistant industrial floors.
Concrete should be at least 28 days old and free from oil, grease and curing membranes. Prepare by scarifier, shot blasting or sand blasting. Level potholes with Poxy Putty 500
Prime prepared substrate with Poxy Primer Clear 400. Re-prime porous areas and avoid primer puddling. Allow primer to dry tack-free
Pour hardener into base resin and mix for 2 minutes using heavy duty slow speed drill. For filled systems, add aggregate slowly and mix 3-5 minutes until uniform
Place a continuous stream of material and spread with serrated trowel to required thickness. Use light rolling if air release is apparent
