Flexible Epoxy Polyurethane Coating
Solvent-free two-component high build polyurethane coating for concrete and steel under aggressive exposure.
Concrete must be at least 28 days old and free from oil, grease and contaminants. Prepare by mechanical scarifier, shot blasting or sand blasting
Steel must be cleaned of rust, scale, dirt and contaminants. Immersion steel requires white metal blast cleaning with suitable anchor profile
Repair voids, blowholes, cracks and spalling before coating using suitable repair materials such as Rep S52 or Poxy Putty as required
Apply coating over prepared concrete or steel surfaces according to technical data sheet recommendations
