New concrete should be cured and possess an open porous textured surface. Old concrete must be clean and well textured. Remove oil, dirt, paint and unsound concrete
Prepare mechanically using scabbler, bush hammer, shotblast or scarifier to achieve minimum 3 mm profile and expose aggregate
Remove all residue by vacuum cleaning or pressure washing. If acid etching is used, wash salts thoroughly and allow concrete to dry
Apply as bedding, grouting, crack filling or repair compound following technical data sheet instructions
