Single component polymer modified cementitious fairing coat (0.5-3.0mm)
Single-component polymer modified repair mortar used as a fairing coat or smoothing mortar for concrete surfaces.
Cementitious surfaces should be sound, clean, uncontaminated and free of loose materials. Soak the substrate with water to saturated surface dry condition
Deeper voids should be filled before application by reducing the mixing water to produce a trowelable mortar
Add one 20 kg bag slowly to 6.5-7.0 L clean cold water and mix for 3-4 minutes at 400-500 rpm until smooth and lump-free
Apply the mixed material as a thin fairing or smoothing coat using suitable tools over horizontal, vertical or overhead surfaces
Do not exceed the recommended water dosage and do not re-temper with extra water after mixing
