High Strength Concrete Repair Mortar
Single-component high strength cement-based repair mortar for structural concrete repairs.
Repair area should be sound, clean and uncontaminated. Cut damaged areas to at least 10 mm depth and remove dust, unsound material, paint, grease and laitance
Clean exposed reinforcement and coat with Zinc Rich Primer immediately after cleaning
Generally substrate priming is not necessary. Soak substrate to saturated surface dry condition before installation
Mix powder with recommended clean water to achieve a thixotropic paste suitable for trowel or spray application
Apply by hand troweling or low-pressure spraying, avoiding feather edges
