Surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from loose material, laitance, curing compounds, dirt, oil and grease. New concrete should cure at least 21 days and moisture should not exceed 5%
Metal Surface Preparation
Metal must be cleaned to white metal by sand blasting and primed immediately before oxidation begins
Mixing
Add the entire hardener component to the base and mix with low-speed drill at 300-400 rpm for 2-3 minutes until uniform
Application
Apply as primer/sealer to prepared substrate and allow to dry before subsequent coating
Pore blocking primer for cement and concrete substrates
Intermediate adhesion coat before epoxy or polyurethane coatings
Primer over concrete, steel or wood
Scratch coat with graded quartz sand
